Ping My Page collects listing metadata from:

Legal considerations before commercial launch

Terms of service: Regional portals may restrict automated access or commercial redistribution. Obtain legal review before marketing at scale.
Zig365 APIs: Public-facing; lower risk than scraping but not explicitly licensed for third-party commercial alert services.
Playwright scraping: Higher breakage and ToS risk; Rijnmond HTML changes may require maintenance.
What we send users: Telegram messages contain portal URLs — users visit portals directly. We do not republish full listing databases.
No automated reactions: The Service does not log in as users or submit reactions (aligns with portal rules and reduces legal exposure).
Rate limiting: Poll at reasonable intervals (15 min standard, 3 min burst window) to avoid overloading portals.

Recommendation

Position the product as a personal notification assistant for subscribers who are already registered on portals.
Include disclaimer in onboarding: "Not affiliated with WoningNet."
Monitor portal robots.txt and terms; be prepared to disable a portal source if required.

DAK app

Official DAK push notifications are issued by WoningNet to users with their own portal accounts. We cannot replicate or resell DAK push. Users may install DAK separately; our Service complements DAK when the app is unavailable (e.g. Play Store region).
